Electric Standard Tensioned Replenishment alongside Method, or ESTREAM, Fueling-At-Sea delivery stations, capable of delivering fuel by 300-foot hose rig. ESTREAM Fueling-At-Sea stations include a double hose rig with single probe and coupling, spanwire winch, saddle winches, ram tensioner, and sliding block drive. The ram tensioner is used to provide constant tension to the spanwire when the wire is connected to the receiving ship. Winches are used to pay out and haul in the retrieving line, outboard saddle whip, inboard saddle whip and spanwire. The spanwire winch includes an Anti-Slack Device to prevent birdcaging and maintain proper line tension.
